All products on SquareFrameStudios are digital downloads — PSD templates, PNG overlays, After Effects files, and video templates. Once downloaded, these products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
✅ Order Cancellation Before Download: If you have placed an order but have NOT downloaded the product yet, you may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@squareframestudios.com.
❌ No Cancellation After Download: Once a product has been downloaded, the order cannot be cancelled as the digital file has been delivered.
